Bakery Pan Turner

Modernization in the bakery industry has led to the need for more convenient and automated solutions to efficiently support the baking lines. Responding to the ever changing demand has led to the design and development of a new product line of pan turning equipment.

The Xpect Solutions pan turner has been designed to automatically queue, control and turn over baking pans in a full bakery production environment.

Each pan turner is supplied with a high speed table top infeed conveyor, complete with line stops to allow the pans to be time released and metered into the turning turret automatically.

Once turned over, each pan is again controlled as it exits the turner, delivering smooth line control and pan flow throughout your entire production line.

Designed as a single pan turner or enhanced with an optional pan cleaner, this turner will withstand the daily operational requirements that bakeries demand.

Turning over heavy pans manually is hard, tiring and often back breaking work. Regardless of whether you are baking bread, bagels, muffins, or buns, a pan turning system from Xpect Solutions will help you reduce costs and eliminate the drudgery of manual labor.

Options:

• Optional pan cleaner can be supplied to pre-clean the pan prior to entering the washer.
• Optional pan blower can also be supplied to additionally dry the pans prior to entering the pan turner, prior to returning the pans back to the depositing line.
• High speed table top infeed conveyors increase productivity and allows for pan queuing.
• Designed to accept different widths of pans (maximum pan size is 24” x 37” +/-).
