SUPPORT Things break. We know this. Despite all our best efforts, things do fail and will do so at the most in-opportune time. We take this into account during our design phase. By keeping each concept simple, this reduces the number of moving parts and allows each customer, regardless of size and internal skill sets to easily troubleshoot and maintain their system. Designing with standard off the shelf components allows for quick reaction time for system repairs.
To aid in these repairs Xpect Solutions includes as a standard part of
all our designs, simple to use and understand control interfaces that
will assure quick diagnosis of problems and faster repair times,
allowing for longer machine up time.
WARRANTY
Xpect Solutions offers a one year warranty on all systems designed, built and installed by Xpect Solutions. We thoroughly test each system prior to shipping to assure complete customer satisfaction. By offering a year long warranty, we assure the customer we are confidant in our abilities to design, build and deliver a high quality product. DOCUMENTATION Xpect Solutions is proud to offer as part of our completed project package the option for each customer to receive a full documentation package. This is usually comprised of all mechanical drawings, all plc or robot programming, all pneumatic drawings as well as a complete bill of materials to allow each customer the ability to maintain and service their machine. |
