MECHANICAL DESIGN-ENGINEERING
We offer years of experience and knowledge when it comes to our mechanical design team as well. Xpect Solutions can engineer for you complete mechanical package, using the latest solid modeling software.

Don't need a full model? Maybe just a simple 2D drawing. We can do that as well. All of our designs incorporate component selection and hardware layout, bill of material generation as well as a full set of manufacturing drawings.

BUILD-TO-PRINT, MANUFACTURING
Do you have an internal engineering department? Have they completed a design that you don't have the time to build? Or perhaps your current vendor is just too busy.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Perhaps a future element of your process remains unproven, or has never been attempted by machine. Automating can be a big consideration. If significant questions remain, it may make sense to address that portion up front, before considering the design of a surrounding machine.

As each customer should expect a solution, may we suggest a Feasibility Study? This is defined as an initial, short-term engineering development phase with a not to exceed budget. This has proven to be a low risk way to determine if automation is right for your project.
