Combine the skills of our process control partner and Xpect Solutions machine building capabilities, and you have the foundation for an award winning team. See our links page to discover who our partner is! MECHANICAL DESIGN-ENGINEERING We offer years of experience and knowledge when it comes to our mechanical design team as well. Xpect Solutions can engineer for you complete mechanical package, using the latest solid modeling software. Don't need a full model? Maybe just a simple 2D drawing. We can do that as well. All of our designs incorporate component selection and hardware layout, bill of material generation as well as a full set of manufacturing drawings. BUILD-TO-PRINT, MANUFACTURING Do you have an internal engineering department? Have they completed a design that you don't have the time to build? Or perhaps your current vendor is just too busy. If you're considering outsourcing, Xpect Solutions would like you to consider our manufacturing help. With established long term relationships with our parts suppliers,we can procure, assemble and program your system,as well as offer engineering improvements to reduce costs and improve functionality. Our teams of material buyers, engineers, and technicians with decades of combined experience are experts at assembling automated equipment, electro-mechanical systems, industrial control panels, and more. This is what we love to do! CONTROL PANEL DESIGN & FABRICATION With each and every automated machine we build there is a control panel that brings our creation to life. To design and build these types of panels takes a special set of skills. Why let these skills go to waste? As a value added service to our machine engineering and design capabilities Xpect Solutions offers complete design and fabrication services for the following:
SYSTEM UPGRADES Finally you have received budget approval for the machine upgrade you have been so desperately waiting to put into place, only to find the builder now has no time to accommodate your upgrade (or worse, has gone out of business years ago). Don't worry-Our experienced group of engineers can design and install your system upgrade. Mechanical or Electrical, we can add the functionality and reliability. With additional software and controls modifications, we can offer you additional flexibility, improved efficiency, data collection, and more robust operator interfaces. FIELD SERVICE - SERVICE CONTRACTS Service and support should always be a key factor in choosing a factory automation and robotics company. Quality service and support is the foundation of all our returning customers. In short-we service what we sell. We are here when you need us. Over the phone or in person. The goal is always to get your machine operational again so you can ship product. It's that simple. We also offer service contracts to allow for monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance and upgrades of your machine. Contact Xpect Solutions for more details! FEASIBILITY STUDIES Perhaps a future element of your process remains unproven, or has never been attempted by machine. Automating can be a big consideration. If significant questions remain, it may make sense to address that portion up front, before considering the design of a surrounding machine. As each customer should expect a solution, may we suggest a Feasibility Study? This is defined as an initial, short-term engineering development phase with a not to exceed budget. This has proven to be a low risk way to determine if automation is right for your project. |
