5 GALLON AUTOMATIC LID PRESS

The 5-gallon Automatic Bucket Lid Press from Xpect Solutions has been designed to replace the brutally hard process of manually hammering on lids.

The 5-gallon bucket lidding machine automatically captures and positions each bucket as the lid is pressed onto the bucket with over 3,400 lbs. of vertical force. The bucket is then released and the next bucket is positioned for processing. The system is designed for a continuous flow operation.

The 5-gallon bucket lid pressing machine can accommodate pails/buckets from 1 gallon round or square up to 6-gallon round buckets.

The 5-gallon bucket lid press is equipped with a PLC controller and simple operator controls and is capable of processing up to 10 buckets per minute or 600 buckets per hour.
